6. Payments and Bookings
● Any token amount, booking amount, or installment paid is governed strictly by the terms of the signed Allotment Letter / Agreement for Sale, not by this website.
● Refund, cancellation, and forfeiture terms will be as specified in the signed agreement and applicable RERA provisions.
